The prime object of the Clúster’s promotional activities is acquiring new members and constituting a critical mass that can strengthen its positioning.
Moreover, Barcelona Clúster Nàutic wants to promote the advantages of this nautical landscape on an internacional level, conscious that working intensely on promotion abroad will
attract other relevant players in the sector – ship owners and captains, users, visitors, tourists, etc. In short, all those people who participate, work or use nautical services and products, or that have to make decisions about choosing between one destination or another.
It is for this reason, in order to reach all these agents and have a positive impact on them, that the entity’s plan of action is considering participating in fairs and congresses, show, international forums and other activities in maritime and nautical areas; for example, the Monaco Yacht Show, the Barcelona International Boat Show, and prestigious international tourism events such as the World Travel Market in London or the Fort Lauderdale International Boat show in Florida, amongst others.
