The delegation of board members formed by the Port of Barcelona, Marina Port Vell, Gruppo Boero, the UPC Nautical Faculty, Proa Legal and Evolution Yacht Agents was headed by the president of the Cluster, Marcelo Penna.
The group has closely followed the final of one of the most important competitions in the world of sailing. Taking advantage of the stay, the delegation held different work meetings linked to the entity's work tables on decarbonisation, training and legal/legislative issues. In this sense, it has also been proposed to create a new table on events to strengthen Barcelona's role in this area.
The work meetings have also served to focus the organization's work to enhance specialization in the nautical industry and services sector to generate maximum synergies between companies and training centers.
