The forum consists of two round tables that seek to make visible and value female talent in the nautical sector, in addition to focusing on the lack of equal opportunities, glass ceiling, vertical segregation and gender pay gap.
The first table, organized by ACPET, will bring together women leaders and managers of marinas in Catalonia.
The second panel, which has organized the Cluster, will give voice to managers of the yachting industry, who will offer their view on the position that women occupy in the nautical sector. Carolina Borràs (UHY Fay & Co.), Belén Martín (Evolution Yacht Agents), Marieli Solé (Solé Diesel), Josefina Ferrer (Nautipaints) and future Captain Maena Salom will participate in the discussion.
